Qingdao Royne Knitting Co., Ltd.
This vertical factory through knitting, dyeing and sewing was founded in 1993, as a joint venture of Jifa Group, Itochu and ROYNE. This is the largest factory in our production bases, installing latest facilities as automatic cutting / sewing / blending machines and IT production control system. ( Yearly Fabric Production Capacity: 40 million pcs / Yearly Garment Production Capacity: 30 million pcs / Operators: over 2,000 / Products: underwear, outerwear, sportswear and other kinds of apparel )
Qingdao Royne Garment ( Vietnam ) Co., Ltd.
Started its production in Tay Ninh, Vietnam as a wholly owned subsidiary of Qingdao Royne Knitting Co., Ltd. This is the core factory of our production bases in ASEAN. There are fabric factories controlled by Jifa group next to this factory, so that we could offer you the vertical production system in Vietnam. New second sewing building is now being constructed and it is to start in January 2020. All the control is under Qingdao Royne Knitting Co., Ltd. Qingdao Royne Garment ( Cambodia ) Co., Ltd.
Started its production in Manhattan Special Economic Zone, Cambodia as a wholly owned subsidiary of Qingdao Royne Knitting Co., Ltd. This is another core factory of our production bases in ASEAN. All the control is under Qingdao Royne Knitting Co., Ltd. ( Yearly Garment Production Capacity: 6 million pcs / Operators: 700 / Products: underwear )

Zhejiang Winight Knitting Co., Ltd.
A partner factory of mold knitting underwear* and brand products in China. There are Italian mold knitting machine and a vertical production system of knitting, dyeing and sewing. (Licensed: International brand audits ) *Seamless underwear. By changing the knitting machine’s tension, we can produce the compression underwear.

MAC Co., Ltd.
ROYNE’s 100% own sewing factory in Shimane, Japan with a system which could offer you the short-term delivery and small lot production. There are Japanese expert operators and technical intern trainees from foreign countries by TITP - Technical Intern Training Program. ROYNE’s 100% own sales company with the logistics and local settlement functions in Shanghai, China. This supports Japanese enterprises marketing in China and also cooperates with ROYNE for the new business development.
